Appointment Scheduling

Important! Please read this before scheduling:

Thank you for your interest in Kinetic IT Solutions’ services! Before anything else, I should mention that at the present time, I do not have a storefront. Therefore, all my appointments take the form of “house calls”. In other words, I come to your place of business or your home to fulfill your appointment. In some cases, after assessing the circumstances, I may decide it would be advantageous to take your computer (or whatever device is having trouble) with me to perform the necessary procedures at my work bench.

Because the needs of every client will vary, the time required to complete an appointment will also vary. That being the case, I reserve time using 2 or 3-hour time windows. My arrival time for your appointment could be at any point during that 2 or 3-hour window. I usually plan on each appointment lasting no longer than one hour. In cases where more time is needed, I may be able to go beyond one hour if the current schedule allows for it. If not, we will need to schedule one or more follow-up appointments in order to complete the work.

The standard rate for appointments is $75 per hour.  Appointments lasting 30 minutes or less will be billed a $50 minimum rate.

Be aware that sometimes other clients may have unexpected emergencies that require my immediate attention. Such events may put me behind schedule, and could necessitate rescheduling your appointment for another time or day. In these cases, I will contact you as soon as it becomes apparent that I will not be able to arrive within the scheduled window. In such circumstances I ask for your patience and understanding, as I strive to meet the needs of all my clients. Thank you for allowing me to serve your IT needs!
